The Plans Gallery is a turnkey website to showcase your pre-approved ADU plans, plus your choice of certified prefab units and “pre-designed” site-built plans from our database at no extra cost. Homeowners filter and browse the gallery of designs, connect directly with the designer, then customize their ADU based on site constraints and your local rules.

How it works for jurisdictions
Step 1
Set Up Your Account
We collect basic information and set up your account. You fill in your public profile (logo, contact info, etc.).
Step 2
Select Plans
You select plans if you’re ready – existing locally pre-approved plans and plans from our database – if not, skip for now.
Step 3
Launch Gallery
We create, launch, and maintain your gallery.
Adding
New Plans
After you pre-approve a new plan, hand the designer our instructions, they add it, and you confirm it in your account.
How it works for Homeowners
Homeowners browse your gallery to find a design they like, then connect directly with the designer or prefab company to move forward – saving them months of time and thousands of dollars over choosing a custom design.
How it works for designers
Designers add ADU listings to our database, note if any are pre-approved, and where they’re available to assist homeowners. They own and retain construction drawings and set the prices of designs (most are low to no cost).
California pricing
Costs include a one-time fee for onboarding/launch and an annual fee for ongoing maintenance/support.
