If you temporarily or permanently do not want your plan to appear on any galleries and be available for homeowners, you have two options:
Deactivating Your Listing #
To deactivate a listing, click the “Edit” button in the upper right corner of any plan in your portfolio (designer.aduaccelerator.org/designer/portfolio). Click “Make inactive” on the resulting popup:
Your listing is now deactivated and will not be visible in any Plans Galleries it is listed in. You can exit the listing or make edits (save your progress by clicking “Next Steps” at the bottom of each step of the form). Please do not leave pre-approved plans deactivated for extended periods of time unless there is a problem with the listing.
Your dashboard always shows whether a plan is active or inactive:
You can have an unlimited number of inactive plans in your account, but we highly recommend keeping the number under 15 to keep your portal easy to use.
Reactivating your listing: See Editing and Reactivating Your Listing if you need help understanding how to reactivate the listing. NOTE: If the plan has been pre-approved by a location, reactivating it will not trigger a need for re-confirmation by the jurisdiction.
Deleting Your Listing #
Deleting a listing is a PERMANENT CHANGE and cannot be undone.
Start by deactivating your listing: click the “Edit” button in the upper right corner of any plan in your portfolio (designer.aduaccelerator.org/designer/portfolio). Click “Make inactive” on the resulting popup:
Click “Delete Plan” at the bottom left, then click the “Delete” button on the banner that appears at the top of the window.
Your listing is now deleted and cannot be retrieved.
