This document is a copy of the email sent when a jurisdiction is ready to log into their account and begin building their gallery.
Welcome to the ADU Plans Gallery! You can now log into your account and start setting up your gallery. Before you login, refer to your to-do list to see how you might prepare for this process.
Don’t forget! Tell us what domain you want to use to launch your Gallery Refer to the to-do list for details.
Step 1: Login #
You can log into the ADU Accelerator Admin Portal at https://admin.aduaccelerator.org/login using the email address you told us for registration (it’s where this email was sent). You will need access to this email account every time you log in.
Step 2: Set up your gallery #
Once you have logged in, you can complete the following steps:
- Complete your profile (note this is shared with the ADU Calculator, if your jurisdiction has one)
- Add additional users (if desired; note that users are shared with the ADU Calculator, if your jurisdiction has one – you may see users in the account already)
- Add your custom gallery intro text
- Build your gallery by adding any existing pre-approved plans and selecting any new plans, if you want to
- Check your pre-approved plans screen to see if any designers have already indicated plan pre-approval (if relevant). You can begin confirming pre-approvals on ADU plans before you launch, if any come in. All users in the jurisdiction account receive email notification about pre-approvals waiting for confirmation.
Step 3: Launch #
After you have completed your profile and built your gallery, you will be ready to launch. Email anyone on our team or info@aduaccelerator.org to let us know you’re ready and we will coordinate launch details. Make sure you tell us what URL you intend to use, if you haven’t already.
